There are four bands with the name Virgil: 1. An alternative rock band from LA. 2. A visual kei band from Japan. 3. A three piece psych pop/folk/blues band. 4. A modern black metal/death metal band from France. 1. An alternative rock band which formed by Andrew Paul Woodworth in 2000 from the members of Elephant Ride. They have released two albums, Virgil (2001) and My Paradise (2004). In 2004, Woodworth was honored with "Male Vocalist of the Year" at the LA Music Awards, and Virgil took home the "Independent Rock Album of the Year" Award. ead more on Last.fm
