Artist: Garden City Refugee

Garden City Refugee came of age in Missoula, MT’s isolated punk and hardcore scene. After developing an interest in traditional americana and folk music, he began supplementing his Sick Of It All and Warzone records with Woody Guthrie and Phil Ochs. When he relocated to Portland, he began exploring flatpicking techniques, writing labor and love songs, and playing various house and benefit shows. ead more on Last.fm
